Our mission is simple: to instill confidence in our clients, and make shopping and getting dressed effortless.

Meet the Founder

Fashion has always been my north star. As a toddler, I loved picking out my outfits, and by the time I was in high school, I was creating extensive shopping catalogs for my parents around Christmas and birthdays. I was fortunate to take a fashion marketing class as an elective during my junior and senior years at McLean High and attend classes at Tysons Corner Center.

This experience opened my eyes to the fashion industry and led to my first job at Ralph Lauren. I continued to work there during summers home from the University of Mary Washington, where I graduated in 2011 with a B.S. in Business.

After graduating and moving back home to McLean, the thought of applying for a corporate job was daunting. Moving to “The Big City” wasn’t appealing, so I found myself back in the closest place to it in Virginia—Saks Fifth Avenue in Tysons Galleria.

After two years as the executive assistant at Saks, I made my way to DC’s fashion mecca—Intermix. During my six-year tenure there, I was the assistant manager of Intermix Tysons, Georgetown, and Southampton (one incredible summer). Working there, I developed an understanding of styling principles, established relationships with incredibly accomplished, aspirational women, and was inspired to start my own styling business.

I realized a common pain point through my conversations with clients who would come to see me at the store. They had closets full of clothes but nothing to wear and struggled to create outfits from the pieces they owned. It was an “ah-ha” moment.

In 2019, I returned to Saks Fifth Avenue, but this time, as a personal shopper in the Fifth Avenue Club in Chevy Chase- (a dream job when I was a teen)! After just nine months and almost a million dollars in sales, I took a leap of faith and focused on growing as an entrepreneur. My list of retail partners now includes prestigious brands such as Net-a-Porter, Moda Operandi, The Webster, and more.

I am incredibly proud of the business I have built, and I am overjoyed to be back in Georgetown with my private studio on M St, where I host seasonal pop-ups and more. With over 15 years of fashion styling experience, I love helping women look and feel their best. Fashion has given me opportunities, confidence, happiness, and purpose; I try to pass that on to every woman I work with. I hope I get the chance to work with you soon.

Until then, Live Fully.

With love and gratitude,

Bex
